Sammantha is a Hatha Yoga Instructor specializing in mind-body connection, guiding students to enrich their lives through balanced
mental, emotional & physical health. Sammantha's classes will leave you feeling powerful in mind, body and spirit offering unique transitions, inspiring words and guidance into peak poses. With a love for arm balances and a fitness flare her classes offer an engaging mix of strength, stretch, core and flow - always leaving room for a Chakra meditation or quiet reflection in savasana. With lived experience, her regular yoga practice was fundamental in her ability to overcome struggles with anxiety and depression. She credits her health, wellness and strength to her self-awareness and constant growth on the mat.
