This class is not for the faint of heart! An upbeat, challenging class that's a modern spin on classical Pilates. While the main focus is on the core, you'll also work multiple muscle groups at once using your own body resistance to fatigue muscle groups without bulking them up. You’ll feel (and see) muscles in your midsection you didn’t even know existed. Strengthen your core, increase your flexibility and torch calories while toning your body to great tunes! Plan on sweating! It's not easy but that's exactly why it works! To increase the intensity, you can wear 1lb to 3lbs ankle weights which will accelerate your results and further intensify your workout.
